Somehow I suspect we have differing views on "Goodness" and "Success."

You might get some support from the Might Makes Right philosopher on this.

I was listening to a professional massage therapist this morning describe his customers. He said the level of negative stress his clients have who are living in the 500K and up homes is tremendous. These people would probably fit your definitions of successful and good.

Michelle, no one, man or woman, successful or not, wants to think that the person he/she loved enough to marry found her/him an inadequate partner...And even if one could tolerate the sex without feeling too bad, the idea of a competitive emotional attachment is inherently threatening, and has to create anxiety about one's adequacy...Anyway, why would you so categorically deny her normal human feelings about the matter?
