Hmm, that's an interesting "analysis". However there is one problem - it is even more dangerous to buy thinly traded stocks with horrid financials when:

1. Creditor is dropping them.
2. Long term institution is dropping them.
3. Financiers want to drop them.
4. Key insiders want to drop.
5. Many "investors" want to drop in the very near future.

So who buys? What happens if every single shorter buys back all their shares? That's a lot of people left still standing in a game of musical chairs....And way too many people standing in the exit ready to bolt.

And, of course, Sawtooth might have just made a lousy investment - that never happens with institutions, oh no...
