"Anytime you spread false information on the Internet, driving the stock up or down, it raises serious questions of possible market manipulation."

What are you trying to achieve, DeeJack?

If you had to proove that Mr. P spreaded false information, then you would have a hard time. Take the case of FP, one of the most contested cases. And the results are. ...

(In contrast in Dec one analist came out and issued a buy rating...now that has been a totally false claim - for a purpose).

But perhaps you want to follow the coward stock "analysts", who issue ratings changes never before all has been said and done by the company...

Spreading lies and "defaming" a publicly traded company in an effort to influence the stock price...should be stopped...by all means.

But what has this to do with Mr.Pink?

Would you be so kind as to cite some examples where Mr.Pink has spoken in such a manner as to be considered "defaming" the honor and integrity of an "above-board" company?

Do you consider reporting on corrupt practices and individuals should be stopped also? Pray tell...where do suggest the small investor should look for information on potential investments..?

I know...why not listen exclusively to the brokerage firms that make a market in the stock...after all...I'm sure you would consider them to be "pure" and without any agendas....

That's a long time to wait. Maybe a little hint as to when might have been appropriate at the onset.
