>> I noticed a bit of hostility on this thread when I have made bearish posts about AMZN. This has occurred more lately. Do you believe it may have something to do with the fact AMZN is close to 100 points off its high.

Glenn, for the long position to work out, they need greater fools to buy their over-priced paper at a higher price. They sure aren't going to get rich by sharing in the profits of the business. Anyone who casts a skeptical light on their optimistic contentions is viewed with hostility, because it does not take much to burst this bubble. Just a pin-prick. Lets see you write all negative stuff about Caterpillar. The shareholders will just smile while cashing their dividend check. They couldn't care less. With amzn, belief is all there is. When that goes, all that remains is stock certificates with negative book value.

Glenn, please don't forget that little loft. I mean that little 12k square ' Lake Washington home. He has almost more bedrooms than his neighbor, Bill Gates. On this you can always trust me.
Ps
When I asked why his PR machine would keep his mansion so quite, I was told to shut up. It appears that they feel, its not apropos, to be loosing $money, and live in a $12 million home @ the same time. So, for the next "ten" years, they'll have to stay quite.
Do you know who his PR firm is?? Kleiner Perkins!!
Trust me.

The mood of speculators in the nets is very nervous - you hit them at a time when they don't want to concede that the nets have lost leadership. The smart money is going to or has already cleared out and will wait for the next season of hype - prior to this fall/Christmas.
