Ruthie, Thank you very much. That was extremely helpful. You bring out several important points, most salient being that Great Lakes would not likely work for free unless they saw some benefit down the road.

It would imply, and only imply, that Great Lakes would work for free if they saw that a little help may result in a big client. If their chemicals are critical to the bromine process, then showing Naxos how to get the maximum benefit would lock Great Lakes in as a supplier for sure.

Of course, this is only my assumption as to what might be going on, but the logic is sound anyway.
