I am watching level II right now. It appears thae the mm's are selling a ton of shares short to keep PTEK under 17 1/2. (very heavy action on the may 17.5 calls expiring today). I cant wait until all those shorts blow up in their face Monday morning.

I'd worry if I were an MM that was short on this one now. They won't be able to keep it down forever, and when it goes, it is going to run!

With Microsoft investing so heavy in the WebMD / HLTH merger, are they looking to squeeze PTEK out of the internet communications products business? Microsoft doesn't get involved unless there is a software business opportunity for them, or are they looking to eventually take over PTEK ?
