<INCY's on fire the last two weeks> MM (CTSL) says he's "getting nervous" about INCY because the INCY story is as full of holes as "Swiss Cheese"... he feels managements isn't being straight. Says the story is getting "weirder" and sights INCY's imputing of a $400 million net present value to the royalty stream they expect to result from the contracts they've given to customers. Also states that INCY has only 200 full length gene patents compared to HGSI 1800. Also states that he's been worried about the huge genomic patent brawl he sees coming and INCY could lose a lot in this conflict. Basically sounds like he's been reading this and other genomic threads and is getting all nervous about the gene patent issue... DAK
