OT: RE: WIND

David: I have been following Wind River Systems about 2 years. It has excellent premiums and makes for a good trading stock. My plan has been to sell puts when it sells off and write calls when it peaks. I did real well up until the sell off about 3-4 months ago, when I got put the stock and it just continued to decline. However, I think it has found the bottom and the risk reward ratio is in favor of the upside. I have been buying more on the way up. At about $30 I plan to start my cc writes again. If they manage to get a well known CEO it could be good for a 5 point move to the upside.

good luck,

Ray

WIND + SUN = CTXS + MSFT?

Is this the competitive landscape in the battle for the Tornado? Seems that if WIND teams up with SUN (with JINI) and they're already in deals with Intel and Broadcom, market penetration is certainly viable. WIND runs the chips as OS on Internet devices. Does it also handle thin-display chores much like ICA?

I'm wondering if a position in WIND and CTXS is a good gorilla straddle?

Any comments appreciated.
