This stock might be overvalued, but I had to get into it today. Had Lasik surgery on both eyes yesterday and it was great. Looked positive in my opinion because of all the people that were there getting their eyes worked on. The ticking of the Visx laser was heard throughout the time that I was there---this doctor had a lot of people lined up---multiplying that by thousands of clinics everyday will produce tremendous growth. Before I even made the appointment, I made sure that he was using the Visx system. Good Luck everyone!!

That's good advice. Let me add that analysts are frequently wrong, otherwise we'd all be rich by following their advice. How anybody could predict the merits of a legal judgment, particularly one which by the opinion of VISX's own lawyers felt it was necessary to put the following language in their financial report: "which could have a material adverse effect on our business, financial condition and results of operations;" would be beyond common sense. So, although I offer no opinion either way, I will wait to hear the judgement, and read the analysis afterward, before I render my opinion.
