I've owned INKT since a few days before this post. Message 5121381 Unfortunately I sold twice along the way and missed some of the move but I haven't touched it for about 5 months. Of course I trade it pretty often. Anyhow, H&Q was one of the secondary underwriters. If there planning anything with the new product line that they plan to announce in the third quarter and it has anything to do with an offering or acquisition then H&Q would probably know,IMO. FDA EDIT- Only about 10 % of the equity is public at this moment.
