Gracias Senor...I get very annoyed with these people who think that any disparagement of a company's prospects are somehow 'defamation'. I also get very annoyed with that tired analogy about the theatre and yelling fire. Of course it's ok to yell if the theatre is burning down. But regardless, words printed on paper can't bring harm to life or limb.
