ACRO CFO leaves. One wonders whether he is leaving a sinking ship or what. The full Release implies otherwise:

Acrodyne Industries, Inc. Announces Resignation of
Chief Financial Officer

BLUE BELL, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 17, 2000--Effective today, Ronald R. Lanchoney will resign his position as
Chief Financial Officer of Acrodyne Industries, Inc., the operating subsidiary of Acrodyne Communications, Inc. of Blue Bell,
PA (ACRO:Nasdaq).

In his resignation letter to A. Robert Mancuso, President and CEO, Mr. Lanchoney indicates that he will ``pursue other
personal interests'. Mr. Lanchoney further states, ``We have accomplished a great deal for the company and its shareholders.
Our banking relationships are as strong as ever. The financial structure of the company, through the support of Sinclair, is strong
and the workforce in place is capable of raising the company to the world-class status we all want. The planned move to the
new sight in Oaks, PA will provide the capacity for the new 'Quantum' series product line. The Rohde & Schwarz relationship
will provide the full product offering and solid-state enhancements that are needed to make Acrodyne an industry leader in the
very near future.'

Mr. Lanchoney also states ``I continue to be very supportive of the efforts of Acrodyne and Sinclair and feel confident that the

Acrodyne and Sinclair organizations.'
