The main reason for the longs's annoyance is the lack of greater fools to sell to. So they feel quite foolish and annoyed with themselves. They can't rest with confidence that profits will come and rescue their position. The CEO and CFO told them very clearly there won't be profits for years. Many many years. And yes you were right that several analysts said in their reports they expected 99Q4 to be profitable. Including M. Meeker, and I think Henry B. And I think also Kiggen in his 280 target. The projections from a year ago are still in my profile. Where is MoonBrother ? He always posted those "for our enjoyment". He knew what the game was about, and he sure wasn't about to be a greater fool. He was/is a smart cookie. Glenn
