Lee: You should have sold your shs this morning. You could have gotten 10. I hate to see you worry all weekend about VNTV being overvalued. LOL

IBM is motivated to help recommend and sell VNTV into the IBM customer base; the IBM salesforce will receive some training; IBM will have co-labelled marketing materials to distribute. Very big credibility factor, especially overseas.

Also helps analysts to feel that VNTV is still alive and kicking nicely.
