1) Cut the voltage so it doesn't dissipate 30W.

2) Put it in a relatively bigger form factor compared to form factors that can be achieved with a chip that dissipates less power.

Honest question: How much do the AMD based notebooks weigh, and what's the battery life? I can't read the link provided by Yougang (I can't read Chinese :-( ).
