Here's the little I've read/believe.

Apparently there is a real rivalry between the ivil ceo and the women.com ceo. They really don't like each other, and even talk to the press about it. Women.com is expected to ipo this year also, and as i remember, may even have a stronger website. ivil though has first ipo advantage, and so is garnering good publicity from it.

At any rate, strikes me as high school coeds vying for the attention of the football players on wall street, and cattily gossiping about each other to anyone who will listen. Please don't take offense, but that is how it strikes me.
