It may look bad now but we have a lot of positives coming. Next week the new business will be announced, 2-1 split officially dated and all kinds of positive and energetic talk. All this will find print and TV coverage. Also, next month is the month leading up to earnings and that usually gives positive momentum to net stocks. Personally, I think longs are buying now and everybody else will wait until after media coverage. Then they will say "geeze, I could have had it in the 120's if I jumped last week."
