Info from Mike Langdon from hemscott.com - emailed me this info, for what it is worth - but this Mike Langdon has been posting on hemscott since at least fall 1998 and has been ACCURATE on all points. Enjoy the weekend:) :) :)

email to me:

Lehman's will complete their strategic review shortly and I expect an IPO on
Nasdaq this summer.
There are currently about 34 million X-Stream shares in issue.

X-Stream are not currently listed on the UK stockmarket.
Nethead is a subsiduary company that has been designing web sites for years
before X-Stream became the main business activity following it's merger
with Mega Com.
X-Stream has about 350,000 UK users and is the 3rd largest ISP.

Advertisers on X-Stream include Amazon,Dell,Expedia, etc etc.
X-Stream is actually cash flow positive according the recent company
circular.

Cheers
Mike

PS where have you been reading all my X-Stream posts ????????

The above response was to the email I sent to him, below:

Hi Mike Langdon - here is a link to a thread regarding XSNI; I was very
interested in the information you have posted since December 1998.

Do you have any idea what the float is and outstanding shares are of
this company since it became XSNI?

I spoke with Mr. Manning the other day and he informed me that XSNI has
Lehman Brothers to move the issue from the OTCBB to the NASDAQ;

I would like any information you could add regarding the latest
investor release showing the stock issued; what the price is on the
London exchange in pounds/dollars and what the real impact of the other
corporation is with XSNI (the nethead) and how many subscribers XSNI has
picked up.

Who are the
advertisers that pay XSNI for space on their net? That would be a major
source of revenue. About revenues - how are they XSNI capitalized? ARe
they in the red or are they making money?

Good luck and I hope to hear from you; I live in Texas USA. Sincerely,
Jacalyn M. Deaner
