jemuel, Again you may have pegged this one. As TAP has said many times already, is our President INCOMPETENT FOR THE JOB? The Company CLEARLY issued a press release stating UNEQUIVICABLY that the RECORD DATE IS MAY 20th. If you sell your shares after this day, you still have the GUARANTEE that you will receive TIPS. If in fact the Company "made a mistake" they have caused DAMAGES TO SHAREHOLDERS. CLASS ACTION. ...if truly as stated as above. But remember the Company has had a while here to RE-STATE the snafu, if indeed there was a mistake. They have not done so. We MUST assume that the Company press release is true and accurate. Unofficial postings by a paid for promoter MAY NOT be relied on, IMO. Try going to court telling the judge you read some guy's OPINION (TAP) and you'll be laughed out of court, IMO. Tell the judge you relied on an OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE, and you have a summary judgement in your favor, IMO. Colin
