The MARKET was discounting the possibility that SUF would be financing a future project with MORE paper so it adjusted the price accordingly. Also, SUF seems to experience a cyclical low during the Spring if you look at the old charts. I suspect that the Market was factoring an additional 13,000,000 shares to the total when it decided to head south. Now, you just got some bargain hunting going on - nothing sustainable. NOW, how bout some suggestions for the AGM Buffet! Shrimp Cocktail? Chocolate Mousse? Ritz Crackers? Kokanee Gold?
