Regarding AGRS

The company has done the right thing by not releasing the web site until it meets the
standards that they have set for themselves. Bravo!!!! This was absolutely the right move.

The management team has impressed me several times now.

1. By setting up the deal between Agristar and Select-Shopper (per SEC filing)
2. By signing deal with AOL (per SEC filing)
3. By creating a website and not releasing it before it is ready!!
What a disaster it would be if they knew it was not ready and released it anyway.
4. By the stock price!!!!

On Monday (rumor has it), we should see both the web site and the AOL announcement.

It is definately the time to buy more shares and accumulate!!!!

Regards,

Barry

PS. For all of the skeptics and naysayers, consider this. ETOYS Inc. (ETYS) had it's
