Hi, IATV friends!

It seems IATV is moving toward my wishful target. ;-)

I'm so upset I missed HAUP today!

"Watch TV on your PC," that's something everybody seems to like.

At least today, WinTV won over HyperTV. The public might start to
wonder where their money should go.

Opinions?

>Also I should say that our launch of individualized television will start with sports with a network called Fox Sports Plus because of Liberty's brilliant change in our strategy we are now in the process integrating with TV Guide Interactive so that with one push of the button in Denver we can do not just Dallas which is still we're going to launch but instead of just being able to deliver by fiber which we could have done in December through the backbone to cable we can go by satellite to every digital box in America. To every region<

Ca ching, cha ching.

>Of the 14 companies in 1992 that were interactive tv, we're the only one here. Of the 122 different test beds we're the only ones rolling out. You know why? Because we're right. In the decade that we've sweated this out is going to be nothing compared to the next decade because we have another 10 years before we're all digital. This is going to go down in history as one of the most important new media breakthroughs. <

Cha ching, cha ching.

Thats not cheering Lee thats fact.

Here are a few very important points Bill made after the tape ran out, courtesy of no where to go but UP.

>Watch out for LMG/IATV Events. The split is 2/3rd LMG, 1/3 IATV. Expect some high profile PPV events. Could be big revenue producer. I like to use the Holyfield fight. Think about 1 million viewers at about $50 each. Our cut is significant.

Bill S. indicated "what they are doing will make a shift in media that is as important as anything in the history of TV."

Buyout-Not likely to occur anytime soon. Bill S. said he is not interested in selling the company. A sale would take an awful large bid and the intention of using it for something worthy.

Very important that we view the ACTV product not as technology, but as programming with meaningful content and intended for the social good.

Hyper TV - is TV focused programming which enhances advertising and TV shows. If ACTV was able to program 1% of all shows the revenues would be huge. "Hyper TV's short term revenue growth will be very big." As a result, they are looking to move out of their offices in NY into bigger quarters in anticipation of the growth (I know StaggerLee will be thrilled).

He talked about
