My Gap theory is right on the money. After touching 19 1/4 briefly today, it bounced back to 19 1/2. It might linger here a bit longer but I think the upside potential is building up. No need to panic here. Its all been a low volume decline. Which means consolidation. We should head for a higher high once the dust settles in the market.
