Dear JSI: Thank you all for your public and private support. To be honest, I detest these kinds of actions, but it seemed to me there was no alternative. It is my judgement, which I believe shared by most of you, that the buyout offer is so unfair that it seems necessary to seek redress. Frankly, I am sorry it has come to this as I previously had nothing but the highest regard for TAVA as most of you probably know. JDN
