Clearly, this is an area that has not as yet been fully defined. They have to be very careful distinguishing between manipulation and first amendment rights. Of course, some cases are much more clearcut than others. Since I delivered my subpoena papers I have not heard a thing. They are very short handed over there, and they also have a very high turnover of attorneys, so getting things resolved in an expeditious manner is not easy, but they have requested funding for expansion of their staff for Internet inquiries.
