Regarding your question about selling the company...
Over a year ago, on a conference call Keeley said it was his intention of "at some point, when all the pieces have been put together, and when we have reached a critical mass, to entertain the possibility that one of the large telcos or some such company would be interested in acquiring IFCI". Keeley has been clear on other calls about this as well. IE it is not a state secret. He has also said that there are no guarantees about when or who. But he has "imagined" or forecast that the telcos which are currently outsourcing such activities could eventually be interested in re-acquiring the service business. Perhaps you heard the last conf call in which both he and Kimball talked about how eventually the service portion (vs the build portion) gets to be bigger than the build portion. The service portion is an annuity stream and is very stable.
Hope this helps.
