TMRT people. There is nothing uncommon about lawsuits in a construction business. A matter of fact it is an exception not to have them. Most construction firms have a division that specifically handles lawsuits. This is common knowledge. I worked for a leader on the east coast in construction and that is part of the business. This suit does not phase me specifically because the amounts are very small, no leans were filed and Gem walked away with no criminal charges, if criminal charges are filed that is a whole different matter. In this case there were none. Also as far as being denied a gaming license, these are very difficult to get. Ever try to get a liquor license in New Jersey? These people are not bringing forth anything that anyone should be scared of. IMHO
