What are the possibilities that IDT issues warrents for NTOP to existing shareholders. Say, for every 5 shares of IDTC you will be given a warrent, which will allow you to purchase 1 share of NTOP at $?? (whatever the offering price is) with the warrent expiring in say 2002. This would provide NTOP additional funding in the future as IDT shareholders exercise their warrents and NTOP issues new shares to fill these.

I think this would satisfy everyone. The only thing I am not sure of is if a Parent company can offer warrents of a spin off company?

Hawaii, I believe it was you who recommended Howard Jonas' book, On A Roll .

I just finished it. It's an excellent read. Jonas is quite an entrepreneur. Our investment is in superb hands.
