The prior information concerning stock issuance was correct. The offer closed. The company sent instructions to issue shares and mail out. That is in the process of being done. As for the stock to AVAL shareholders. Many who have shares in street name have already had their accounts transferred. Those who have physical possession should expect a letter of transmission etc as soon as the old AVAL transfer agent has sent records to the new one. This according to the latest information is being done. Current management is working hard and diligently at completing new deals etc.
