I'm fairly new to both the web and silicon investor.
I once had the not so great pleasure of working for a bug-smasher OTC brokerage firm on Broad St. in Manhattan. Duke Securities, which IMO
is a peanut compared to Everen, together with my firm managed to oversubscribe a tiny little company called Paravant Computers (PVAT).
While Everen is certainly no Morgan Stanley or Goldman Sachs, they are a subsidiary of Everen Capital, which, if I'm not mistaken is in the process of being acquired by First Union. Their battalions of telemarketers should be able to get the job done IMO. If they can't get the job done for an internet-related IPO, maybe they're better suited for picking oranges. (I stole this from the Chairman of CMGI).

Aside... NAVR tries my patience a little too.
