Stang: Have you seen Pyng's 2Q financial statements?

I hold all my shares in street name so I never receive a quarterly report directly. I called to get on the mailing list, but I have not received the 2Q report yet. Has anyone else here received it? I remember you posted a Sedar address that could be used to see the 1Q statements but when I go to that address there is no 2Q entry. In the US companys have 45 days to file quarterly info. I am not sure what the rule is for VSE listed companys.

Thanks
Jack

Stang, I said I would answer your questions
1. No, I do not think that Michael Jacobs is the person to successfully produce and market FAST1. However, Michael's team of Michael, David and Judy certainly is the team to produce and market FAST1. In my opinion, it cannot be done by one person. I'm not trying to be cute or evasive. What we saw was a team of people whose talents vary greatly. This is not a one-man show. Each carries very significant influence, particularly in his/her area of expertise.
Regardless of your opinion and/or experience with Michael Jacobs, I see him as an enthusistic, energetic, and perhaps, overly optimistic visionary and a good promoter. I suspect that he is well received by the military. David seems to have the practical, analytical perspective, as does Judy.
2. I think there are about eight to ten staff in total. I have no idea whether they are full-time or not.
3. There were not any red flags that I saw or heard that would motivate me to reduce my holdings. I am anxious to get FAST1 to market. There is no doubt that Michael, David and Judy want exactly the same thing.
Stang, I will post my observations as I closely monitor the progress being made. If we were to make another significant investment it will probably be when we start getting close to volume production. Mind you, I will likely have to pay a premium over what the stock is currently trading for.
Regards, Ed
P.S. That's it folks. I think I'm done. It may be that another member of our tour team will have something to post.

Tip for viewing Sedar WP documents inside your browser:

1) Download this plugin from Corel:

corel.com

Quit your browser and install the plugin.

2) Restart your browser and visit Sedar:
sedar.com

Download the documents to your hard drive.
Once the documents are on your hd then rename the extension as
follows:

the file will be xxxxxx.w60
the trick is to rename the extension to xxxxx.wpd

3) Drag and drop the file xxxxx.wpd into your browser.

Hope that helps.

Works for me!
