Gerry, we appreciate your responses.

However we are paying for a service and expect that service to be complete. Some of us have big money on the line here and can get hurt real bad when the service is down or news is not put out.

All in all though I do like SW and I hope that the service improves.

Andy

Gerry..

Thanks for the response. I hope you can understand my frustration. A single late news release can make the difference of several thousand dollars in profit/loss.

There are several features of Canada Stockwatch, such as the trade workstation and the intra-day charts, that I find very useful. This is the only reason I haven't cancelled my subscription. However ever time I see a stock start to move and Canada Stockwatch doesn't have news out on them I have to go search all the other news sources to see if Canada Stockwatch was late again.

To give you a feel for the problem, on Tuesday I got three private messages from investors asking me what was happening with CCL. At that point it was up $6.5 and no news was out on Canada Stockwatch. I had already assumed that CSW was late and was able to link them to the news on Canoe who had already written an article on the news about the takeover deal that was released before market open.

I was told that the new releases were late due because of back log. Why doesn't someone just cut and paste news releases from Newswire, Reuters or CCN the second they are released? I appreciate all the work you have done on the JAVA charts and keeping the system running efficiently but without news an investor might as well give up.

Best Regards
KEITH

Everyone has good points here Gerry.

I don't care at all that your people review stockwatch chat lines. That is B.S. news. You must concentrate on the real news, from companies and other news services. Forget the crap that your chat lines spew. I want to make money, not listen to a bunch of crap from people that think they know everything, but know no more than the rest of us.

Give us real news, as soon as it is released.

Thanks in advance.

CSW is becoming exceedingly unreliable as a daytrading tool.
1) Depth lagging realtime ticker...which is right?
2) Stock Scanner works 10% of the time. Not working at all today!
3) No Historical charts today using either "revision" I get "Query failed for any stock I attempt to get historical charting
4) Updates appear to be much slower than true realtime!
5) "Todays Chart" cannot be expanded beyond today to 2-10 days!

Yes I have cleared my cache, yes I have checked the system via tracert, yes I am losing money, yes I am getting irritated!

Gerry,

Is there something very wrong with the latest version (1.30-32) of the CSW Portfolio? ... When I right click on a symbol and select Historical chart or Today's chart it can take anywhere from a couple of minutes to several minutes to appear ... when I run the previous portfolio version (1.30-31), it only takes a second or two for either one.

The rest of the features are fast enough, although performance is sometimes spotty because of your ISP's server problems.

Regards,

John
