Ok. We are so nice and agreeable. I am very glad it's Friday. Started trying to get practice going again for real, also running around trying to get ready for auction. Most of my ducks are in a row, mortgage guy says he'll give us the check so we can close within ten days after the sale, need more certified checks to make up the 10% down-payment. Took enough out of a brokerage account, but the checks take five working days to clear. The bank will call Monday and see if it cleared anyway. I think it probably will. Deposited it Wednesday. Think I will bust a gasket.
