Again as a follow up to my previous post. Why wouldn't the company make a sample file and post it on their website in their proprietary format. Then compress the same original source with Real Video, Quicktime, and AVI to show the superiority of NCDR's new format. If the little player I downloaded can stream video then it should surely be able to play it off my harddrive. This is of course the common sense way of doing it so no chance here. Also the one video clip that I did get to play was quasi wide screen format and mostly black and white, from the movie Pleasantville I believe. Give me full color, and give me full size, not a big chunk of the image taken up with black across the top and bottom. I'm supposed to be getting bedazzled by this gee whiz next generation technology, not grossly underwhelmed. From what i've seen so far this is like the worst of Vivo and Real Video all melded together.
