That Rights offering is a Rip off holders other BC,Ontario can only exercise there rights for shares.
I had this happen one other time when Montreal Trust handle the sale of rights for people that can't exercise them and They Got Fuc$ all for them as I thing I got 100dollars from my rights and would have made more than a thousand if I would have been able to sell them myself.

PS Pissed Off at KOB for doing this will be selling my Kob Shares and Buying Htp.
