When I search this company on www.sedar.com I see that they wrote off everything they could in 1998 including their diamond inventory. A bit worrisome.

i also read that Serge's stated intentions are to acquire 40% of outstanding shares which sounds like a good thing if you hold stock.

On Canada stockwatch you can see that Serge was a director on KRT (Kensington).
