Archie fully supports PLCO/P/W management PLCO/P/W management has been able to achieve a complete turnover of the company in less than one year!! This is AWESOME!!!! I guess they have been and still are very busy with their new stores opening We should congratulate PLCO/P/W management for this achievement in such a time frame. This great and I guess the result of a lot of work from everybody in the company!!! They also decided to start internet web sites: www.ToysWhyPayRetail.com and the soon to be online www.playco.com But their strategy in this area has been so far too shy because they want a progressive approach and rely on their customer base through internet kiosks in their stores. This is good, but not enough!! MORE AGGRESSIVE PLAYERS ARE IN THE ARENA PLCO/P/W MUST REACT!!!! Archie pointed this out in several previous posts. They should put MORE MONEY, MORE EFFORTS AND TRY TO UNDERSTAND BETTER THE IMPACT OF INTERNET. THIS IS SO OBVIOUS!!! If Etoys achieve $200MM market cap, they will rule the game Just thinking about this would prevent me to sleep at night if I was PLCO/P/W CEO PLCO/P/W can still react in a right way, by: Having a dedicated, competent, empowered team responsible for INTERNET This team should target this goal: ANYBODY WANTING TO BUY TOYS ON THE NET SHOULD END VISITING PLCO/P/W WEBSITES Means: PLCO/P/W should be visible from all web search engines ( If I look for collectibles, I should find PLCO/P/W on page 1) PLCO/P/W should put banners all around the web. If they successfully do this, I am sure they will get a market cap greater than eToys But this has to be done in a SHORT TIME FRAME Else,.... too late, too bad,..bye bye PLCO/P/W Expansion will stop, they will survive for a while ... and be assimilated at best Archie would have sold his shares before this happens Hope not Archie has faith in PLCO/P/W :) Archie
