ztect, you are back! In classic ztect-style! My impression from Mr. Stone was that they probably would have liked to have mailed a little earlier. However, determining the exact timing of such an enterprise is an art, not a science. We didn't discuss the particulars of the arrangement between Lifetime Learning and TSIG, but I suspect that TSIG paid a part or all of the costs of the mailing. With the volume of pieces going out, that ran up to several coins. So while the timing wasn't absolutely first choice, it is a minor issue to the best of my judgement. Regards, Suzanne
