"I read about the S-8 long ago." Sorry Sir, but no way you read about the S-8 long ago, because was published YESTERDAY. You read the other S-8 from February. That's why I said more than 11.000.000 NEW shares in three months. I can't agree with your last post at all. To me we're going to have a new huge dilution again and price will drop a lot. We all thought that the new base now was 0.15/0.19. But we'll have to "handle" 6.000.000 shares at 0.05. How myself and many of us can relax and have a nice weekend? Elio
