SW, here's THE one to watch on Monday. *EUTO* Euto/Ivt merger deal to be announced next week in my opinion. part of the new deal was for the existing EUTO officer's to step down. Found this on the Euto web site. What do you think? Chairman's Final Message As the sun is setting on my career, it is time for my final message to all Eutro shareholders. I first would like to thank the many Eutro supporters for allowing me to serve as chairman. As we approach the new millenium, many great events are in store for Eutro shareholders, and it is a great pleasure to recommend to the stockholders the change in management of our Company. The future of Eutro is bright and the light the end of the tunnel is the opportunity of the new century. The journey to this point in time has been difficult, but we have survived. This was only possible because we all pulled together. Thank you for your support and suggestions over the years since I was appointed your representative. Now we look forward to a wonderful new venture. I will sit on the sideline as a stockholder and enjoy Eutro's newfound success. God bless you all.
