Special Announcements

May 7, 1999:
Letters from K. Hirai, FSBA and from David Andrews, President of inworlds.com, inc.

Dear Members:

The community services based on WorldsAway, the leading virtual world technology developed by Fujitsu, will become a separate company on May 1, 1999. Mr. David Andrews, who has served as Vice President of the business unit for Fujitsu, will assume presidency of the company when the transaction is completed.

Since its founding in 1995, we have invested in not only a company, but also the birth of an entire industry. WorldsAway was truly a pioneering effort. We are convinced that virtual communities and avatars represent a large portion of the future of Internet-based socialization. Fujitsu is proud to have been part of the formation of this industry.

We will still continue to be an investor in the company, holding an equity position in the company, and I will continue to serve on the board of directors of the new company. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding this transaction, please contact Mr. David Andrews directly. It has been a pleasure having you as our customer, and I hope that you will continue to have a WorldsAway world as part of your internet life.

Sincerely

Katsuhide Hirai

Senior Vice President
Fujitsu Systems Business of America

Dear Members:

We have some good news to share with you! The community services based on WorldsAway, the leading virtual world technology developed by Fujitsu, became a separate company on May 1, 1999. The WorldsAway Group has now officially become inworlds.com, inc! Inworlds.com is an independent, publicly traded (NASD OTC Bulletin Board listed) company with funding to market and grow our service and technology.

The WorldsAway brand name will remain the name of our technology ("powered by WorldsAway.") Inworlds.com will be licensing the WorldsAway technology from Fujitsu. Pride! Universe and Habitat II of Japan will remain separately owned and maintained entities from inworlds.com.

The new company has the financial resources required to maintain and strengthen inworlds' services. David Andrews, who has served as Vice President of the business unit for Fujitsu, has assumed presidency of the company. The current staff will remain the same, dedicated to building and growing our avatar communities.

We are very excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to continuing to work with you, our members, to evolve and grow the inworlds.com avatar communities.

If you have questions or concerns, please send them to us at dream@worldsaway.com. We will be holding town meetings in each of the worlds next week to answer your questions. Please check the forums for date and time.

All the best,

David Andrews
President & CEO
