Jim, the "D" is the stock symbol is added to indicate the stock reverse split.... Hope it helps.

Jim - Extremely low float, no shares available right now. After the Reverse Split a D always follows the old symbol. The reverse took the float to less than 700000 to the best of my knowledge. You are right. The float on CLRT is at least 4x, probably higher. This merger is a good thing for both Companies. Both Companies independently and together will have news coming. Look at CLRT and FTRKD price spread and think of the implications. Jeff
