Royal Int'l to sell two million special warrants privately Royal International Venture Corp RIL Shares issued 3,343,561 May 25 close $0.20 Wed 26 May 99 News Release Mr. Eugene Larabie reports The company has negotiated a non-brokered private placement of two million special warrants at 15 cents per special warrant for total proceeds of $300,000. Each special warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one unit consisting of one share and one-half of one warrant, and for no additional consideration, can purchase one share for one warrant at 15 cents in the first year and 20 cents in the second. Funds will be used to eliminate company debts, subscribe to a $100,000 private placement in Pallaum Minerals Ltd., as well as for general administrative purposes.
