Maybe you can help me out on this Jacalyn. The following is a post on the Hemscott site from Suntrader in regards to X-Stream. What's confusing is, this post is signed at the bottom by:

How can you be Suntrader if Suntrader is Suntrader? Jeff

Can anyone provide information on XSTREAM - which was listed on the
American OTCBB exchange and is now applying for NASDAQ upgrade by Lehman
Brothers.

I spoke with Mr. Manning and he seems on the up and up - I would like to
know what the outstanding shares are; what the price of the stock in the
UK is going for; what source of revenues the company has - like who are
the major advertisers, how many subscribers have they added since
inception.

There is GREAT demand for this issue in the US - the IPO will happen -
it has been circulated that there are 34 million shares approved, 4
million are out; the 30 million will be distributed when the NASDAQ
upgrade is approved.

Is XSNI operating with revenues that make it profitable; who are the
alliances that are associated with XSNI - who are the major advertisers; what is their subscription growth rate percentage in the UK; is freeserve a real competitor and what is their market share in the UK, Europe and South Africa?

Are the shareholders of megacom getting 1 share of XSNI for each 2 shares of megacom they held? Mr. Manning told me there were NO preferred shares authorized, so in your documentation concerning the stock distribution, is there anything referring to "preferred"? If so, what is that nature?

Any information provided will be appreciated, please post.
Sincerely, Jacalyn M. Deaner
