Maybe you can help me out on this Jacalyn. The following is a post on the Hemscott site from Suntrader in regards to X-Stream. Is XSNI operating with revenues that make it profitable; who are the alliances that are associated with XSNI - who are the major advertisers; what is their subscription growth rate percentage in the UK; is freeserve a real competitor and what is their market share in the UK, Europe and South Africa? Are the shareholders of megacom getting 1 share of XSNI for each 2 shares of megacom they held? Mr. Manning told me there were NO preferred shares authorized, so in your documentation concerning the stock distribution, is there anything referring to "preferred"? If so, what is that nature?
