now you know what I meant when I said "I do believe...and I've said this before...that the stock will rise again.....like a phoenix it will..... I believe this cause this company .....despite all its detractions has exhibited the uncanny ability to survive .... week after week...month after month.....year after.....well.....you get the picture.."...... which answers your question " Will this company ever die, or will it simply issue more stock?".......

dear deer~

Razor: "Seriously, though, I expect proposals 3 through 5 will pass without much problem because hardly any public company ever gets a majority of proxies back, much less a majority voting "against" company proposals. Furthermore, all proxies that are not returned get automatically counted as votes "FOR" the proposals." (caps added)

From DH's post 10270 quoting the SHM filing (caps added):

<Approval of this amendment to the Articles of Incorporation requires approval by a majority of the outstanding shares of Common Stock entitled to vote thereon. As a result, any shares not voted (whether by abstention, broker non-vote or otherwise) will have the same effect as a vote AGAINST the proposal.>

Hey, Razor - and all the other bashers - why don't you get genuinely serious and truthful and admit that neither you, nor I, nor anyone posting here, now has anything like a reasonably informed understanding of the actual purpose(s) of the authorized stock increase proposal. Too much to ask?

We will probably know a lot more before the SH meeting about the reasons for the stock increase proposal, so I do not intend to jump to any conclusions yet - I wouldn't think of submitting you to such irritating nonsense.
