The secret to success is you need both fundamental and TA analysis because the two together are invincible. Problem is you need to hire people to help you do the job because no one person can look at enough stocks to diversify enough.

Hell of a week though,..Happy Birthday to Vicky!!!!

I think a combination of TA and FA really is the best, especially for mid to long term investing. For short term I think the charts tell all, especially on the widely held blue chip stocks, which I believe are the best traders for consistant gains.

I have some SUF in the $4.50 - $5.00 range and unfortunately some in the $7.00. Hopefully it won't matter soon. My problems start when I like a company and its Management. I should stick to flipping stocks of companies I don't like, maybe then emotions would be left out. ; )

Somewhere (maybe this thread) there was a discussion on the best trading software available. I am slightly familiar with mytrack and
omnitrader. I also would like your recommendation re: price for what you get. I'm finding that I am spending a lot of time and energy doing manual technical analysis. Do any of these download from csw. Is there a Canadian thread discussing stocks that are oversold (or is this it)?
