Reporting? hahahahaha.... PABN investors don't need to worry about the company reporting and this is why.... oh, and before you peek at the link, can you guess which tout wrote this?deep pockets, venture capitalists, etc. As many of you remember, I and others have made several references to people with "deep pockets" who are helping to finance the operations of PABN. My understanding is that there are 2 or 3 such people who are involved with PABN almost as a "hobby" as opposed to being your typical venture capitalists (blood sucking loan sharks for the most part). The question is this: are these nice rich people really nice? Also, what are they getting for their financial contributions to the company? Answers: They are nice people. In fact for the most part they are running the company on a daily basis along with John (John himself is one of "them" he originally bought controlling interest in the company about a year ago.) Also, they have received shares. I don't know if they were in the form of a private placement (a new private placement, not the one I was describing earlier today done by the old management of PRWT). But that really does not matter. The fact is this: They have shares and are running the company. That means their shares are restricted as long as they are (a) officers or directors ("affiliates" is the official term) or (b) own 10% or more of the company's stock ("control parties" is the offical term). Once an officer or director resigns there is an additional 90 day period in which the shares are still restricted. ragingbull.com ****so why has the float grown so much? The float has grown more than 175MILLION shares in the past 10 months. #reply-9569471 So, just how deep are these "deep pockets"? And, in what direction do these deep pockets work? Did anybody take your bet, yet?... hahahahahahaha
