I was there with you. I bought at an average price of 34 watched it go to 22 and sold at 49. The big difference is the acquisitions. Ascend bought Cascade and MRVC bought Xyplex. I know the value ASND got with CSCC(put them heavy into ATMs), I still don't see the value we got from Xyplex.(Edgeblaster & Edgeguardian have yet to succeed) and the write-offs brought us nothing but grief. >>>>Boy it would be nice to see this again.<<<< We are going to see it again but not because of Xyplex but because of the moves the boys are making with the new divisions. Smart, it keeps bright engineers happy and thriving in their own environment. Access to money when needed and cutting edge products. Benny
