Zen, first all registered shareholders of the common will receive their dividend shares, then the preferred shareholders will receive theirs. Those who hold shares in street name will receive theirs last, but before they can receive them, there will have to be a general accounting of shares and legitimate shareholders will be determined at this time. After this accounting, if it is determined that investors were sold non-existant shares, then a settlement will have to be reached between the shareholder who purchased shares in good faith, and the naked shorter who committed fraud. Share distribution to the first group could start as early as next week. --Coz

Did anyone get their dividend shares yet no, but i've sent my regularly scheduled inquiry to my broker for a status. haven't got a response yet and if i don't get one by monday, they'll get another inquiry. they're going to get tired of my emails until those shares show up! regards. gary

Taken from another thread....there seems to be an active short call on this stock from A@P...for what it's worth. Check the MDHM thread. I had added MDHM to my 'hopeless' watch list (along with NAVR and BKS) and note that A@P has called a short on MDHM and told people it is a fraud. "Oh, the humanity", or some such reaction. I watched HTEI for a while, snerd, but decided to go back into ASTN instead. May have been a mistake, what with the warrants thing and all. It's going to be a bigger gamble than I had intended. I should have remembered about the 20 day warrant thing. We Canadians will be at our stations come Monday (though markets are usually slow when US markets are closed). Have a good weekend. CD
