I look at insider buying/selling as part of my due diligence..... There has been largley insider buying with the latest reported being in April...... It seems me that this company has bright future but is held back by certain ineptness of management including and headed by Mr. Chadda.... Is this a fair assumption? if so does it seem like shareholders may vote to replace those subject?..... Is this a good time to get in or should one wait for heads to roll? I like what the company is into but am concerned about the management.... They seem to behave in a manner that makes them ripe targets for the 'short clubs' and attorneys that seek to make a living off class action law suits...... In a nut shell, is this a good investment at this time?
